Frequently asked questions

·         What if I don’t like the items?

You can return any item, for any reason within 7 days of receipt. If you return the item back to us you can either exchange the item or have a full refund.

·         How do I return an item?

You can post your item back to us (preferably by recorded delivery, so you have a proof of postage) and we will refund you. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings or body jewellery.

·         How do I place an order?

You can place an order in three ways:

·        On line: Visit: www.angelsandcherubs.co.uk or email us at: daisy@angelsandcherubs.co.uk. Ordering online is a very quick and simple process. It is easy for you to browse through many items until you make your selection.

·         Fax: You can place your order by fax, stating clearly the item you would like, with the item description and quantity to us on:

·         By mail: If you would prefer to send in your order please do as above, mailing your order to:

·         What do you do with my credit card details?

Any credit card processing is fully encrypted. We do not hold any credit card details. Orders are processed once the payment has been verified by your bank. Our online ordering system means that as such we are never in possession of your credit card details.

·         Is your website secure?

All ANGELS & CHERUBS online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers. Your payment details are held in an encrypted format until we process your order. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.

·         How long will an order take to arrive?

All items are sent by recorded delivery and should arrive between 1 to 3 days in the UK and 10 to 14 days elsewhere in the world.

To order from overseas please use our website or fax us on 020 7738 9642 Local import duties may be payable upon receipt.

Stock Availability
I'm afraid we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest. Some goods sell much better than we predict; we will always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.
